The WillsRecord Affiliate Program allows eligible users to earn rewards by referring new users to the WillsRecord platform. Affiliates may earn bonuses, commissions, and other approved rewards based on qualifying referral activity. Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and all applicable WillsRecord policies.
The Affiliate Program is open to: • Creators • Listeners • Influencers • Content creators • Businesses • Marketing partners • Other approved users WillsRecord reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any affiliate account at its discretion.
Eligible affiliates may earn: • 20% lifetime revenue share on every eligible payout earned by referred users • $5 USD bonus when a referred user uploads their first track • $2 USD bonus when a referred user completes their first $10 cashout Revenue share eligibility, bonus qualifications, and commission structures may be modified by WillsRecord at any time.
Affiliate rewards may be paid through approved payment methods. General payment schedule: • Referral bonuses may be processed after qualification verification • Revenue share commissions may be paid monthly • Additional promotional bonuses may be offered periodically Affiliate earnings remain subject to verification reviews, fraud prevention checks, compliance requirements, and minimum payout thresholds.
Approved affiliates may receive: • Unique referral links • Tracking dashboards • Promotional materials • Marketing resources • Performance analytics • Campaign support tools WillsRecord reserves the right to modify or discontinue affiliate tools and resources at any time.
Referral tracking is based on WillsRecord’s internal tracking systems. Referral eligibility may depend on tracking cookies, referral links, user activity, account verification, and platform attribution rules. WillsRecord’s tracking records shall be considered final for commission calculations.
Referral tracking cookies may remain active for up to ninety (90) days from the initial referral visit unless otherwise specified by WillsRecord. Tracking periods may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Affiliates may not engage in: • Fake referrals • Self-referrals • Multiple-account schemes • Fraudulent traffic generation • Bot activity • Spam marketing • Misleading advertising • False claims about WillsRecord • Trademark abuse • Incentivized referrals without authorization • Any activity that violates applicable laws or Platform policies
WillsRecord actively monitors affiliate activity for abuse, manipulation, and fraud. Where violations are detected, WillsRecord may reverse commissions, withhold payments, suspend affiliate accounts, remove affiliate privileges, terminate participation, or pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
Affiliate payouts may require: • Identity verification • Tax documentation • Compliance reviews • Account verification • Valid payment information Failure to complete required verification may delay or prevent payouts.
WillsRecord makes no guarantee regarding affiliate income, referral volume, conversion rates, commission amounts, or future earning opportunities. Affiliate earnings depend on individual performance, referral activity, user engagement, and program conditions.
WillsRecord may suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time for policy violations, fraudulent activity, abuse of the program, legal or compliance concerns, or conduct that may harm the Platform. Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be reviewed before any payment decision is made.
WillsRecord reserves the right to modify commission rates, change bonus structures, adjust payout schedules, update qualification requirements, or suspend or discontinue the program. Changes may become effective immediately upon publication.
WillsRecord shall not be liable for lost commissions, tracking interruptions, technical failures, delayed payments, program modifications, or affiliate business losses, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
