Community Guidelines

Welcome to WAVES, a platform within the WillsRecord ecosystem designed to empower creators, partners, communities, and audiences through collaboration, education, creativity, and opportunity. These Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use Policy establish the standards of behavior expected from all users, creators, partners, affiliates, attendees, and participants engaging with WAVES. By using WAVES, participating in WAVES sessions, or joining the WAVES ecosystem, you agree to comply with these guidelines. Failure to comply may result in warnings, suspension, termination of access, forfeiture of rewards or commissions, or other actions deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the community.

WAVES is built on the following principles: Respect — Treat all members with dignity, professionalism, and courtesy. Integrity — Be honest in your communications, promotions, referrals, and activities. Creativity — Encourage innovation and original contributions while respecting intellectual property rights. Inclusiveness — Create an environment where individuals from diverse backgrounds feel welcomed and valued. Accountability — Take responsibility for your actions and interactions within the ecosystem.

All participants are expected to: • Communicate respectfully and professionally. • Engage in constructive discussions. • Support a positive and collaborative environment. • Follow instructions provided by WAVES administrators and moderators. • Represent WAVES accurately and responsibly. • Respect the privacy and rights of others. • Report violations when observed.

Users may not: • Harass, intimidate, threaten, or bully others. • Engage in discriminatory behavior. • Use offensive, hateful, or abusive language. • Target individuals based on personal characteristics. • Create a hostile environment for community members.

Users may not: • Provide false information during registration. • Impersonate another individual or organization. • Misrepresent affiliation with WAVES or WillsRecord. • Create fake accounts. • Falsify referral activities or commission claims. • Manipulate performance metrics or earnings systems.

Partners, affiliates, and promoters may not: • Guarantee earnings. • Promise financial success. • Suggest that income is automatic or guaranteed. • Use deceptive testimonials. • Exaggerate earning potential. All income-related statements must be truthful, accurate, and supported by real outcomes.

The following activities are prohibited: • Sending mass unsolicited messages. • Repeated promotional posting. • Excessive self-promotion. • Automated spam campaigns. • Recruitment through deceptive methods. • Posting irrelevant promotional content.

Users may not use WAVES to: • Violate local, national, or international laws. • Promote illegal activities. • Facilitate criminal conduct. • Engage in fraud or scams. • Distribute illegal content.

The following content is prohibited: • Violent threats. • Graphic or disturbing material. • Hate speech. • Terrorist or extremist content. • Content encouraging illegal behavior. • Content intended to harm others.

Users must respect intellectual property rights. You may not: • Upload content you do not own. • Use copyrighted material without permission. • Claim ownership of another person's work. • Distribute protected content unlawfully. Creators remain responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary rights and permissions for all submitted content. WAVES reserves the right to remove content that may infringe intellectual property rights.

Users must respect privacy and confidentiality. You may not: • Share private information without permission. • Publish personal data of other users. • Access accounts without authorization. • Collect user information for unauthorized purposes. • Use community information for harassment or solicitation. Confidential information obtained through WAVES activities must not be disclosed without authorization.

To maintain a fair ecosystem, all referral activities must be genuine. The following are prohibited: • Fake referrals. • Self-referrals. • Duplicate accounts. • Artificial sign-ups. • Referral manipulation. • Misleading recruitment practices. WAVES reserves the right to audit referral activity and reverse rewards obtained through violations.

Approved WAVES Partners must: • Follow all onboarding requirements. • Comply with the Partner Agreement. • Follow the Code of Conduct. • Conduct sessions professionally. • Provide accurate information to participants. • Represent WAVES responsibly. • Protect the reputation of the WAVES ecosystem. Partners are ambassadors of the platform and are expected to uphold high ethical standards.

WAVES may review, monitor, restrict, remove, or investigate content and activities that may violate these guidelines. Actions may be taken when violations are reported, suspicious activity is detected, platform integrity is threatened, or user safety may be compromised. Moderation decisions are made at WAVES' discretion to maintain a safe and productive environment.

Community members are encouraged to report: • Harassment • Fraud • Spam • Misrepresentation • Copyright violations • Safety concerns • Other policy violations Reports may be submitted to: support@willsrecord.com All reports will be reviewed as appropriate and handled with professionalism and confidentiality where possible.

Violations may result in one or more of the following actions: Level 1 – Warning: Formal notice regarding inappropriate conduct. Level 2 – Temporary Restrictions: Limited access to certain features, activities, or programs. Level 3 – Suspension: Temporary removal from the WAVES ecosystem. Level 4 – Termination: Permanent removal of access, partner status, or participation privileges. Level 5 – Financial Remedies: Withholding, reversal, or forfeiture of commissions, rewards, or incentives obtained through policy violations. WAVES reserves the right to determine the appropriate enforcement action based on the nature and severity of the violation.

WAVES may update these Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use Policy periodically. Continued participation in the WAVES ecosystem after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Users are encouraged to review the latest version regularly.
