By using any AI-powered features, tools, models, generators, assistants, voice technologies, or content creation systems provided by WillsRecord, users agree to comply with this Policy.
Content generated through WillsRecord AI systems may include: • Songs • Lyrics • Beats • Instrumentals • Vocals • Voice models • Audio effects • Artwork • Metadata • Other creative outputs All AI-generated content is: • Created based on user inputs and prompts • Processed through proprietary AI systems • Subject to the Copyright & Ownership Policy • Subject to the Terms of Service and all Platform policies
Users acknowledge and agree that WillsRecord may use platform-generated and uploaded content to: • Train artificial intelligence models • Improve machine learning systems • Enhance model accuracy and performance • Develop future products and services • Conduct research and analytics • Improve platform safety and moderation systems • Optimize user experiences Such rights are governed by the Copyright & Ownership Policy and may continue after account deletion, suspension, or termination where permitted by law.
Users are solely responsible for: • Prompts submitted to AI systems • Content generated through AI tools • How generated outputs are used • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Obtaining necessary permissions for training materials or source content Users must ensure that AI-generated content does not violate copyright laws, trademark laws, privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or any applicable legal requirements.
Users may: • Create AI voice models using their own voice • Use properly licensed voice datasets • Create synthetic content using authorized materials Users may not: • Clone another person's voice without permission • Replicate artists without authorization • Create unauthorized celebrity voice clones • Generate deceptive deepfake content • Misuse another person's likeness, identity, or reputation WillsRecord reserves the right to remove, restrict, investigate, or report content that violates these requirements.
Users may not use WillsRecord AI systems to generate, distribute, promote, or facilitate: • Illegal content • Hate speech • Harassment • Pornographic or sexually exploitative content • Violent extremist content • Terrorist content • Fraudulent or misleading content • Copyright-infringing material • Impersonation content • Malicious software or harmful code • Defamatory content • Content intended to deceive, exploit, or harm others Violations may result in immediate enforcement actions.
Users must ensure: • Training materials are lawfully obtained • Generated lyrics do not unlawfully reproduce copyrighted works • Generated music does not intentionally copy protected compositions • Generated vocals do not infringe voice or publicity rights • AI-generated content complies with the Copyright & DMCA Protection Policy Users remain fully liable for any infringement claims arising from their use of AI tools.
WillsRecord may require, recommend, or automatically apply labels identifying content as: • AI-Generated • AI-Assisted • Synthetic Media • Modified Using AI Users agree not to remove or manipulate AI disclosure labels where required by the Platform.
WillsRecord may review, analyze, flag, restrict, remove, suspend, or investigate AI-generated content where necessary to enforce Platform policies, protect users, prevent abuse, address legal obligations, or maintain platform integrity. Enforcement actions may include: • Content removal • Monetization restrictions • WillsCoin forfeiture • Account suspension • Permanent account termination
If a rights holder believes AI-generated content infringes their rights, WillsRecord may process complaints under its Copyright & DMCA Protection Policy, Terms of Service, and Legal Compliance Procedures. Users may submit counter-notifications where applicable.
Subject to the Copyright & Ownership Policy, WillsRecord retains rights to: • Reuse generated outputs for system improvement • Train and improve AI models • Analyze content for safety and performance • Store generated outputs • Modify AI systems and related technologies • Develop future AI-powered products and services
WillsRecord may introduce additional AI-powered features, including but not limited to: • Advanced music generation • Voice synthesis technologies • Lyric generation systems • Audio enhancement tools • Creative collaboration systems • New AI-assisted production technologies Use of future AI services will remain subject to this Policy and other applicable Platform policies.
WillsRecord may modify this Policy at any time. Updates may be communicated through website notices, dashboard alerts, email notifications, or platform announcements. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated version of this Policy.
