1. Introduction

This Return & Refund Policy explains how refunds, subscription cancellations, and payment disputes are handled for purchases made through WillsRecord Inc. ("WillsRecord," "we," "our," or "the Platform"). By purchasing any subscription, digital product, or service on WillsRecord, you agree to this Policy.

2. Digital Products and Services

WillsRecord primarily provides digital products and services, including but not limited to: • AI music creation tools • Music streaming services • Premium subscriptions • Creator features • Digital upgrades • Music distribution services • In-platform digital features Because these are digital services delivered immediately upon purchase, they are generally non-returnable.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel: • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. • You will not be charged for future renewal periods. • No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time unless required by applicable law.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including: • Duplicate payments • Accidental multiple charges • Technical issues that prevent access to purchased services and cannot reasonably be resolved • Billing errors caused by WillsRecord Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

5. Non-Refundable Purchases

Unless required by applicable law, refunds are generally not available for: • Completed subscription periods • Digital downloads • AI-generated content or services already delivered • Creator tools already accessed • Music distribution services already initiated • Promotional purchases • Premium feature upgrades that have been used

6. Purchases Made Through Apple App Store

If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store, Apple manages billing and refunds. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through its official refund process. WillsRecord cannot approve or issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple.

7. Purchases Made Through Google Play

If you purchased through Google Play, Google manages payment processing and certain refund requests. Refund eligibility is subject to Google Play's payment policies. Where permitted, WillsRecord may assist with eligible refund requests, but Google may remain responsible for final refund decisions.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be completed: • Your subscription may be suspended. • Premium features may become unavailable. • Access may be restored after successful payment.

9. Fraudulent Transactions

WillsRecord reserves the right to deny refunds where we reasonably determine that: • Fraudulent activity occurred • Payment abuse occurred • Chargeback abuse occurred • Stolen payment methods were used • Platform policies were intentionally violated Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be suspended or permanently terminated.

10. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact WillsRecord before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve billing issues promptly.

11. Changes to this Policy

WillsRecord may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any updates will become effective when published on the Platform. Continued use of WillsRecord after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
